Clean and beautiful apartment, amazing view and in the middle of Dubai Positive: 10/10 it was just amazing ! Negative: .

Location, view of Burj Khalifa and literally 5 mins walk to Dubai Mall Positive: the location is just next to Dubai mall and it's literally 5 mins walk. The view of Burj Khalifa is a bonus and the apartment has 2 balconies. you can get on the hop on off bus at the Dubai mall and it's very easy to find it. there is a small supermarket just next to the apartment and also a pharmacy at tower 2. the journey from the airport to the apartment only took less than 30 mins without traffic. you can also take a metro from Dubai mall. We didn't have time to use the gym and the pool. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and very clean. Negative: We love everything about the apartment except there was a very strong urine smells from the second bathroom shower room. It has stains on the wall and we have to clean it ourselves using the cleaning product from the apartment. I did tell the owner about it and they have offered to send the cleaning team the next morning.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Ausstattung, ein Traum Positive: Die Wohnung war super toll ausgestattet und der Blick war ein Traum 😍 wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist, 8 Personen und wir hatten genug Platz. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir den besten Blick, direkt auf den Burj Khalifa und auf die Dubai Mall

جميله جداً Positive: الشقة روعة يوجد بها غرفة بها سرير دبل وغرفة بهه سريرين منفصلين وصالة يوجد بها كنب وأريكة يمكنك فتحها وتصبح سرير يكفي نفرين ويوجد بها حمامين ومطبخ مفتوح على الصالة يوجد به جميع الاحتياجات الشقة نظيفة ومرتبة وهي ليست فندق بل شقة واحده فقط في برج مكون من 40 طابق وهي في الدور 31 ورقمها 3109 ولها موقف خاص رقمه P2 230 يوجد بها بلكونتين والاطلاله فوق الخيار ( شاهد الفيديو ) Negative: لا يوجد بها خدمة غرف ولا يوجد بها حامل الحقائب كل ما في الموضوع يوجد عربية اسفل المبنى وانت تخدم نفسك بنفسك وطريق التسليم يتم مواعدتك مع موظف يوم الدخول في تمام الساعة الثالثة عصرا بتوقيت دبي ( مستحيل تستلم قبل هذا التوقيت ) ويقوم بتسليمك الشقة ويذهب واذا كان هناك ملاحظات يتم التواصل معه عن طريق الواتساب وعند انتهاء فترة السكن يكون الخروج الساعة 11 صباحاً بتوقيت دبي ( مستحيل تسلم بعد هذا التوقيت ) حيث تقوم بترك بطاقة الخروج داخل الشقة وتخرج من دون أن يقابلك احد ملاحظة ؛ حمام الغرفة الرئيسية الدش بها غير صالح والأفضل أن تحضر معاك واحد وتركبه بسهوله ( يوجد صوره للتوضيح ) علماً بان هذي الملاحظة متكرره في التقيمات ولكن للأسف لم يقوموا باصلاحها

Tolle Aussicht! Positive: Tolle Aussicht auf Burj Khalifa (vom Balkon aus und auch vom Pool)! Wir haben uns wohl in der Wohnung und im Haus gefühlt. Pool, Garage, Zugang zu Dubai Mall, Lebensmittelgeschäft am Hauseingang, 3 Toiletten :-) Wir haben einen späten Check-out (um 23 Uhr) zum moderaten Preis bekommen. Negative: Keine Kritik, nur Verbesserungsvorschläge: 2 Karten wären toll. Grundreinigung wäre notwendig (Dekokissen auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer, Gardinen in allen Zimmern).
