An absolute gem with the best views! Positive: We stayed here for 9 nights and we really loved the views! The apartment had a nice size for a family of 4 and our kids loved it a lot. There are 3 bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. The apartment also comes with a washing machine which comes in handy for longer stays. There are two small balconies, too. What we actually loved the most was the leisure deck / communal areas that are so wonderful! There's a pool, 2 playgrounds and a gym. We used all of these amenities and the gym is amazing, also the outdoor gym area is really cool especially when it is dark with that view. All in all this is a perfect setting for a family with kids, we had drivers picking us up every day and the process was super easy as they wait infront of the reception. Also there's a small supermarket (open 24/7) just right at the entrance of the building and a pharmacy right around the corner, a 2min walk away. Everything was so convenient. You can even see part of the fountain show from the balcony and the laser show from the Burj Khalifa. The host was super responsive and helpful for any questions we had and we can only recommend booking this apartment. Negative: There were some minor items in the kitchen that we missed for a longer stay, but absolutely nothing to really complain about.

Kleiner Supermarkt im Gebäude, Mall und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen Negative: Silikonfugen in den Nasszellen müssten wegen Schimmels erneuert werden. Brauseschlauch ebenso. Die Türklinke des Balkons fällt ab. Es gibt nur 4 Wassergläser und 6 Tassen/Teller aus 2 Kaffeeservicen. Die Wohnung ist auf 6 Leute ausgelegt incl. Schlafsofa im Salon
